Responsibilities
- LexisNexis Store Create and maintain product records with careful attention to detail.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all product data, SEO metadata, images, related products, and product categorizations.
- Perform routine audits on product records and apply updates as necessary.
- Handle inquiries or issues concerning product setup and display.
- Engage in testing and problem resolution activities.
- Conduct user acceptance and post-production cutover testing in support of software releases and store migration (may require occasional work outside regular business hours).
- Generate coupon codes and/or promotion codes upon request.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, editorial/operations, customer support or fulfillment teams to align product information with business objectives (e.g. SEO, PPC).
- Gain proficiency in the LexisNexis eBook load process and Download Center functionality to provide backup support as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years related experience required
- Previous experience in eCommerce, product management, or a similar role
- Skilled in the use of eCommerce platform(s) for product management
- Adobe eCommerce - Magento is preferred; Overdrive Digital Library, Client Vendor Central, Client Seller Central, and Shopify are a plus.
- Microsoft Excel skills providing the ability to manage large datasets efficiently, including the use of advanced formulas, functions, and macros (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is required.
- Basic proficiency in other Microsoft products such as Word and Teams.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of hypertext markup language (HTML) and Adobe Photoshop.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
