As an Insurance Document Associate, you will work as part of a team responsible for evaluating, acknowledging and shipping out going contracts/ mail in support of an assigned business unit.

MONDAY-FRIDAY ONSITE AT COMPANY IN FRANKLIN

1st Shift-Days

$16.00/hr to start

**NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS**

  • You will examine and remove individual paperwork that is not needed and pay keen attention to details to ensure the correct contract is shipped to the recipient intended.
  • Shipping contracts is 60-70% of the duties associated with the role.
  • This also included working within the system to ensure FedEx shipping labels are created and utilized to ship accordingly.
Mailroom experience a huge plus

Miscellaneous Duties (15%) Including but not limited to the following duties:

Maintenance and updating correct addresses, refiling contracts, document return mail, reshipment of contracts, locating contracts placed in 'Hold' status and Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager

Requirements:
  • High school or equivalency required
  • 1-2 years prior mail handling experience or customer services experience required.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize work under tight time constraints.
  • High degree of accuracy; ability to optimally work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong team worker with proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a manner consistent with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multi-task, navigate using various systems.
