The Medical Scribe position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking a Medical Scribe to join our dedicated team at Oregon Reproductive Medicine in Downtown Portland, OR. This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with one remote day offered on Monday's and no weekends or holidays required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform chart preparation
  • Accompany the provider in all New Patient and Discussion appointments.
  • Prepare/Pre-chart the patient chart prior to all appointments as assigned.
  • Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider.
  • Update EMR to reflect care plan.
  • Collaborate with provider and provider team to ensure clear documentation and plan.
  • Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience working as a medical scribe or similar position required
  • Encompass essential medical knowledge and terminology
  • General knowledge of women’s health/fertility practice
  • Dedication to patient care and ORM mission, vision, and values
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$20.00 - $26.00 Hourly

The hourly range for this position is between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance. Other benefits include generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a retirement savings program. Further details regarding salary and benefits will be provided during the interview process.
