Role Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. You will work closely with our VP of Brand Marketing, CEO, other C-suite members, and senior leaders at our brand partner companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the VP of Brand Marketing, CEO, and senior leaders, to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate event promotion, including marketing materials and social media outreach.
  • On-site management during events to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Collect and analyze feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a detailed database of past events for future reference and planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning or project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
