We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our partnerships.

Position Overview:
The Wholesale Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding French Truck Coffee's wholesale presence by finding new restaurant and retail partners while nurturing and growing existing relationships. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to manage account receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and establish new wholesale partnerships with restaurants, cafes, retail stores, and other businesses.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with current partners, providing support to help grow their coffee sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets, including market research, lead generation, and partnership negotiation.
  • Payment Management: Oversee accounts receivables, including handling past-due balances with clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance partner relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and partner satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on French Truck Coffee's product offerings and educate partners on new products, promotions, and brewing techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and managing existing accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle account management, including addressing past-due balances with diplomacy.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for coffee and familiarity with the specialty coffee industry is a plus.
