Program Manager, Lead

That's why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our Department of Defense (DoD) program achieves success.

As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding DoD teams. Your DoD client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the DoD market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with the Enterprise Database and object-oriented and scripted languages

  • Experience with managing in accordance with agile program management principles and supporting DoD technical programs and program management

  • Experience with Cloud-based systems or microservices and containerization development or deployments on SIPRNet and JWICS networks

  • Experience with orchestrating or integrating development or modernization efforts across a wide span of stakeholders and contributors

  • Experience with managing multiple projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities, solving problems quickly, and managing project teams, including direct responsibility for people development

  • Ability to apply several tool suites for DevSecOps, microservices, and containers

  • Ability to establish and report on cost, schedule, performance metrics, or deliverables as a project manager

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • PMP Certification


Nice If You Have:

  • 20+ years of experience with leading complex DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on Cloud, multi-domain operations such as C2 of air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace missions, information operations, and platform technologies

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
