WHAT YOU'LL DO

In the morning, you'll pick up your veterinarian in a BetterVet branded SUV that is fully stocked with all of the equipment, medications and supplies you will need. You and your veterinarian will visit our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inventory and loading the vehicle
  • Preparing for appointments by procuring medical records & communicating with your veterinarian about the daily caseload
  • Communicating with clients (calls/emails/messages)
  • Scribing notes and creating invoices
Experience a level of professional freedom that is hard to find in most veterinary practices. We believe your workday should be fun. Playlists and podcasts are welcome, as every day is like a mini road trip

The schedule is: Tuesday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
  • You are a credentialed Tech
  • Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician
  • You are experienced and comfortable with animal handling/restraint
  • You have some experience with TPRs, blood draws, SQ and IM injections, BP measurements, ear slide staining and cytology, and SNAP tests
  • You want to leverage your veterinary experience in an innovative way
  • You strive to offer quality medicine and a fear-free vet experience for your patients
  • You thrive while building rewarding relationships with clients
  • You have the desire to make a difference in your community and bring better, more convenient care for your patients
  • You have a valid driver's license
