About the Role

As an LVN or LPN at Belmont Village, you will be responsible for administering medications, supporting wellness initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing Medication Technicians and Caregivers. You will also communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
  • CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills

  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations
  • Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams
