We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the NOC (Night) shift. As an LVN at Western Slope Health Center, you will be an integral part of our nursing team, providing high-quality care to our residents during the night hours to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with nightly routines, including personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families during the night hours.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid LVN license in the state of California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively during night hours.
