Job Description: As an Infrastructure Developer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure for Terminology Services and Clinical Decision Support (CDS) applications. You'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior developers in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable and reusable scripts for deploying infrastructure in accordance with approved architecture and standards.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments and ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain Azure environments, promptly addressing system alerts and notifications.
  • Assist with resource provisioning, migration, and configurations within Azure.
  • Manage cloud networking and security (Firewalls, NSGs, ASGs, WAFs) and oversee system logging.
  • Implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), backup, and retention policies using Azure native tools and third-party solutions like Rubric.
  • Administer daily operational activities, including monitoring and supporting Azure workloads.
  • Support cloud-native DNS services and integration with tools like Infoblox.
  • Apply operating system updates, security patches, and configuration changes using Automation Accounts and Update Management.
  • Automate deployable tasks using DevOps tools to minimize manual intervention.
  • Collaborate closely with networking, security, and application teams to implement robust cloud solutions.
  • Work with Active Directory (AD) team to create necessary app registrations and service principles for Azure services authentication and authorization.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by standardizing processes and reducing incidents through continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience with log collection and analysis tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and App Insights.
  • Proficiency in configuring and integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with core Azure services (e.g., Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Automation, Monitor, Log Analytics).
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Blueprints, Policies, Terraform, ARM templates, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Solid grasp of cloud concepts and services within the Azure ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in healthcare IT or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
