About the Job:

  • Assess and develop training modules for new hires, lateral transitions, and internal department needs.
  • Mentor and train junior staff in case management, Bluebooking, and research techniques.
  • Review and proofread complex legal documents.
  • Draft pleadings and correspondence, and maintain case related documents.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and firm departments to streamline processes and procedures.
  • Attend client meetings and legal proceedings, and maintain accurate time records.

About You:

  • Minimum five years of Paralegal experience in litigation practice with a Bachelor's Degree. Trial experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, commitment, and high professional standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
