Trade Events Specialist

The Trade Events Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the key trade events / shows for National Beverage brands. The qualified candidate will provide support to the trade events team and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing sales-related support to entire sales team.
  • Assisting and attending Trade Shows when necessary.
  • Oversee internal site for company brands on merchandise/POS/apparel - updating as needed.
  • Manage and monitor retail POS and Merchandise orders for sales and marketing.
  • Work directly with Graphic design team to create specific brand POS/merchandise.
  • Manage printing, storage and fulfillment of sales collateral materials (brochures, merchandising materials, holiday cards etc.).
  • Assist with special trade event projects and Power Point presentations.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors to create and order appropriate, quality marketing merchandise and retail POS.
  • Assist with organization, coordination, timing and completion of trade events.
  • Responsible for maintaining apparel and giveaways for MerchMx members, shipping out as needed.
  • Assist in inventorying and organizing trade marketing storage.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience, with at least 1 year of events experience.
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-starter.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
