Job Description Summary: CW Group is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Intern to join our team in Washington, UT. This internship presents an incredible opportunity to gain firsthand experience in various aspects of marketing within the real estate development sector. Working directly with the Marketing Manager and closely with our marketing team, the intern will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive website audits to ensure accuracy and optimization.

- Assist with the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns.

- Contribute to visual content creation through photography and graphic design efforts.

- Participate in minimal interior decorating tasks to enhance project visual appeal.

- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and the team on diverse marketing projects.

- Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude, embracing a wide range of marketing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.

- Should be a sophomore or junior at an accredited institution.

- Ability to commit to 10-15 hours per week for the paid internship.

- Adaptive learner with a genuine interest in marketing and real estate development.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, eager to engage in marketing strategy development.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, graphic design software, and photography is advantageous.
