Position Overview: CW Group is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Trainee to join our team in Washington, UT. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various facets of marketing within the real estate development industry. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with our marketing team, playing a crucial role in supporting our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough website evaluations to ensure content accuracy and optimization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital advertising initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of visual content through photography and graphic design.
  • Engage in basic interior design tasks to enhance project aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team on a variety of marketing projects.
  • Exhibit a proactive learning approach, embracing a wide array of marketing responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Must be a sophomore or junior at an accredited educational institution.
  • Willingness to commit to 10-15 hours per week for this paid internship.
  • Adaptable learner with a genuine interest in marketing and real estate development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical approach, eager to participate in marketing strategy formulation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, graphic design software, and photography is a plus.
