Full Time position with 36 standard hours per week, working three 12-hour shifts/week (19:00-07:00). Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday. Requires current RN license in state of Connecticut, previous RN experience, ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment, highly effective verbal and written communication skills, and independent problem solving skills. Qualifications
Looking for highly motivated Registered Nurses to staff our Critical Care Unit. Candidates will work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team providing continuous observation and monitoring of critically ill patients. Use evidence-based practices to develop patient care plans and meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Must be self-directed and have strong problem-solving skills.
