Summary
The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of cannabis and non - cannabis events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute events from conception to completion.
Maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Maintains relationships with performers/entertainers- DJs, musicians, artists, comedians, acts, etc.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.
Act as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a seamless and successful event experience.
Work closely with marketing and promotional teams to create event materials and strategies.
Work directly with the marketing team to ensure proper timing/messaging towards all events.
Identify and negotiate with vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Manage relationships with various suppliers, catering services, and other event-related vendors.
Oversee event setup, registration, and coordination on the day of the event.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
Ensure that events run smoothly and according to plan.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze event success against predetermined metrics and objectives.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or 3-5 years event coordinating experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
