How do I make an impact on my team?

You will oversee daily operations in the pharmacy and work collaboratively with the front-end manager to ensure the customers, employees, and the store is well cared for. You will also supervise the pharmacy staff and balance staffing needs in line with profitability plans. You will ensure work is processed efficiently to meet pharmacy performance standards and embrace best practices.

You will embrace Hometown Pharmacy's inclusion of health and wellness education when counseling and helping your patients. You entered this business to help patients and we have the tools and training to expand your role beyond dispensing prescription medications.

Most importantly, you and your pharmacy team will work together to improve people's lives through education about prescriptions, nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. These are the four pillars Hometown Pharmacy believes are important to our teams and our patients.

PROACTIVE HEALTHCARE

Hometown's clinical services are expanding. Our business model is significantly influenced by the provision of proactive health care to both our customers and employees. Many foundational supplements are covered by our healthcare plan and others are deeply discounted.

GREAT SCHEDULE

In addition to fostering a conducive environment for actively promoting personal well-being, our work schedule is highly beneficial for enhancing overall quality of life. Full-time pharmacists work a total of two half-days on Saturdays every month with all locations closed on Sundays.

PATH TO OWNERSHIP

We serve many great communities that are very supportive of community pharmacy. While an ownership interest is not a requirement, we love to mentor and prepare pharmacists to eventually grow into an ownership role with Hometown through an excellent funding structure.

  • Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm,
  • Every other Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm

Your qualification:
  • BS or Pharm D in Pharmacy and are a licensed pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin
  • Must be certified to administer vaccinations in Wisconsin
  • Active CPR certification

Physical requirements require pharmacists to stand for the duration of their shift and be able to lift and carry up to twenty pounds.
