As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you are the helping hero that ensures that patient goals are conquered and sustained. You will work with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower your patients to take care of their body and mind to live a more fulfilling life. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will be practicing hands-on skills building activities in the areas of emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills. You will be working with patients inside a group home setting. Bowen provides you with comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to use in partnership with your creative fire.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, and/or EMT, QMA, CNA, CHW certification.
  • Experience: Prefer two (2) years in a mental health setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
  • Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
Pay Scale:
  • 0-1 years experience: $17.00 /hour
  • 2-5 years experience: $17.50 /hour
  • 6+ years experience: $18.00 /hour


->As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency – we require allindividuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot between the months of October -March tofurther protect our staff and the patients we serve.
