The Quality Engineering Manager will leverage hardware and software expertise to provide technical direction from Headquarters, overseeing and coordinating multiple engineering and quality teams.
Job Duties:
Coordinate bank certification processes with internal development, technicians, and service teams.
Conduct quality reviews and reporting.
Manage system quality in the US and develop tools for system installation and maintenance.
Enhance installation processes to reduce stabilization time for hardware releases.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in engineering analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in Korean and English required.
Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Office for reporting, and Tableau for data utilization.
Physical Demands:
Requires talking and hearing, sitting, and using hands and fingers to handle or feel.
Occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
Close vision is essential, especially with computer and digital systems.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and maintain a valid driver's license.
Work Environment:
May be exposed occasionally to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
Work environment noise level is generally quiet to moderate.
Average passage of employees through the work area is normal.
