Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing, including expertise with Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify, loyalty & retention programs, and paid advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will also manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs, leveraging these channels to drive growth. Familiarity with Triple Whale is a bonus. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a small, dynamic team and takes a hands-on approach to achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with our Head of Brand Strategy to develop and manage cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify) that are aligned with growth goals in the DTC space.
  • Campaign Management: Lead PPC, display ads, email (Klaviyo), SMS, and social media advertising, optimizing campaigns for ROAS, new customer acquisition, and overall growth. This includes managing communication and relationships with agency partners.
  • Retention & Loyalty Programs: Implement loyalty and retention strategies using Yotpo, Rise AI and other tools to enhance customer lifetime value and brand loyalty. Serve as the main point of contact for Facebook group admins.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key KPIs including ROAS, new customer growth, email/SMS CTR, open rates, and revenue. Utilize analytics tools like Klaviyo, Triple Whale (bonus) to drive insights.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Oversee digital advertising budgets, continuously optimizing spending to maximize returns and meet financial goals.
  • Optimization & A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize targeting, creatives, and campaign strategies for better engagement and conversion. Hands-on website integrations support for Shopify plug-ins.
  • Collaboration: Partner with creative, supply chain, SEO, and project management team members to ensure an integrated approach across all digital marketing channels.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor & coach team members and foster a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in DTC marketing, paid advertising, and retention programs
  • Proficient in Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify, Asana, Subscriptions; experience with Google Analytics & Triple Whale is a bonus
  • Strong data-driven approach, with hands-on experience in tracking KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

This role can be based remotely or out of Idaho. We expect availability during normal working hours on Mountain Standard Time.
