Responsibilities:

Position Summary:


This is an administrative support role with responsibility for maintaining accounts and access
to all payer portals, including administrative access, assigning users, upcoming revalidations and
notifying CVO. This role liaisons between Operations, the CVO, outside credentialing/provider
enrollment vendors and provider enrollment team.

Job Responsibilities / Functions


Manage Portals:
o Medicaid for each state
o Medicare
o Washington L & I
o Department of Labor/OWCP
o Commercial
o NPDB
o Additional portals as needed
Manage Group Portals (All TINs)
o Grant Access
o Check Revalidations & notify CVO
o Maintain (including Clinic Closures)
o Additional provider enrollment as needed
o
Manage & Coordinate Payer Site Visits with Operations
o Prep and provide required documentation to the Compliance and Operations as
needed. (Policy & Procedures, Lease, Utility Bill, etc)
o Coordinate Fingerprinting process
Maintain NPDB Accounts
o Renewing accounts when expiring
o Term Therapists as needed
Works with Credentialing Manager and/or Vice President of Managed Care to assist with
projects as needed, including provider enrollment and provider terminations as needed

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required, and college preferred.

Skills/Experience:


Required

  • Two or more years of experience in managed care or medical billing/reimbursement in a rehab
     practice and/or hospital environment.
    One or more years of experience with healthcare insurance contracts.
    Proficiency in Excel
    Knowledge of medical billing or collection and/or insurance agreements
    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
