This position is designed to assist the Director of People, Performance & Culture in recruiting talent, company benefit administration, and employee management efforts. The HR Assistant will work to maintain a positive company culture while growing our team, and will operate as part of our administrative team. This role is a part-time position, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You'll Do:

  • Actively participate in recruitment process
  • Facilitate communication between Director of People, Performance & Culture and candidate pool
  • Assist candidates through interview and hiring process
  • Collaborate with team members on company wide projects or initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for clinical and administrative employees
  • Oversee employee review processes for clinical and administrative employees
  • Assist in managing benefits administration, time off packages, and payroll
  • Consistently work to achieve goals, and provide high quality work
  • Other general administrative tasks to be determined, or as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Warm, open and collaborative personality, willing to engage with others daily
  • Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact on a daily basis with internal/external individuals in various circumstances in person, on the phone and in writing
  • Excellent organizational skills necessary to efficiently prioritize and complete a variety of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Proficient at Excel and G-Suite apps, strong technological skills
  • Working knowledge of the mental health field or healthcare industry
  • Be resourceful, a self-starter, proactive communicator, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work productively, both remote and in-person

Reports to: Director of People, Performance & Culture

Schedule: 20 hours per week starting, Part-time, Hybrid (remote and in-person)

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of associate level collegiate degree in healthcare, office administration, human resources, hospitality, marketing or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a general office environment with gradually increasing responsibility or equivalent experience.
  • Prior human resources or benefits administration experience preferred
Compensation
  • $20-22/hour
