Job Overview:
BluWave is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management with a comprehensive background in Private Equity (PE). This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel up to 20% of the time. The successful candidate will be focusing on expanding relationships with existing clients in the PE sector, building out a book of business that will feed into a POD structure in 12 months’ time, attending industry events and conferences as well as participating in marketing driven events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Account Leadership: Execute account management strategies for BluWave's portfolio. Collaborate with management and marketing teams to maximize customer value and drive growth.
  2. Relationship Building and Development: Utilize proprietary data and market insights to establish and deepen client relationships. Coordinate with Account Management and Research/Operations teams for enhanced customer engagement.
  3. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to strategically disseminate content and strengthen client relationships through various channels.
  4. Effective Cross-Team Communication: Foster collaborative relationships across BluWave's functional units, ensuring cohesive strategies and effective communication.
  5. Adaptability and Collaboration: Demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities in a high-growth startup environment. Engage actively with the team, contributing to shared goals and the company's mission.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce.com, Tableau, Outreach.
  • Ability to work in our Brentwood office 4 days per week.
