Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Senior Business Development Director at BluWave, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for client expansion, generate new business opportunities from new private equity firms, and develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Team Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with team members, other departments, including marketing and research & operations to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Continuous Improvement and Market Awareness: Participate in and drive continuous improvement within the Client Coverage team by executing feedback loops and adapting strategies based on evolving market trends.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year undergraduate degree from a top University, ideally in business or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of professional work experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
