Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and document materials, parts, and supplies delivered to the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure accurate recording of materials and inventory into the stock system (manual or computerized).
- Maintain an organized storage system for easy identification and retrieval of materials.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring the availability of materials for production while preventing overstocking.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock as needed.
Stock Movements & Documentation:
- Track inventory movements, ensuring accurate logging of items being used in production or moved to other locations.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate inventory needs and discrepancies with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Provide support in resolving inventory-related issues, including shortages, overages, and discrepancies.
