Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, bid management, and ad serving platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns independently
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting data insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in paid media management across various platforms (Google, Bing, social media)
  • Google AdWords certification (required)
  • Experience building campaigns from the ground up, and as the primary point of contact for internal discussions with GMs as well as collaborating with and guiding the paid social media team members to ensure cohesive media strategies.
  • Track record of building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns (search, display, retargeting, video) with hands-on ownership of all components, including keyword research, ad copy, targeting, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Experience preparing marketing and other reports and presenting to dealership management/leadership.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
