We are currently seeking an Interim HR Generalist to support a dynamic organization in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a contract position, reporting onsite 5 days a week. The contract will last 2-3 months.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Administer HR programs and policies, including benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Provide support for performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and employee support.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
