Responsibilities 
  • Under the direction of the DON
  • Responsible for overall care of residents 
  • Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and patient 
  • Assure continuity of quality patient care delivered with appropriate documentation
  • Prepare regular clinical/progress notes and summaries
  • Maintain resident confidentiality 
Qualifications
  • Proof of current LVN license
  • Proof of current CPR certification
  • Ability to work PM shift schedule
  • Experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred - may negotiate wage with experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid identification and reliable transportation
