What you will do

The Business Support Specialist is responsible for implementing and executing the business support standardized processes that align with company policies and government compliance. This position will support the South Florida Market (West Palm Beach and Miami) and report to the Regional Business Administration Manager.

How you will do it

Manage the weekly validating and processing of payroll for assigned districts in Market.

Set up service prevailing wage rates.

Maintain staff vacation calendar(s) in current and accurate status.

Point of contact for district local tasks in scope of position, i.e licensing.

Code, research and process invoices through the AP system.

Assist with vendor setups and check requests.

Act a district contact for Fleet management.

Act as district records retention champion.

Responsible for district office supply ordering.

Facilitates certified payroll reporting for service.

Process payroll corrections as needed.

Assist with ordering Uniforms as needed for the district office technician staff

Work Accrued Receipts

Back up for Business Support functions in Market/Region as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Business Administration Manager

What we look for

Required

High School Diploma 

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Must be detailed oriented and organized Proficient in MS Excel, and Word Must have the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Ability to interface with all levels of management.

Ability to prioritize work volumes with limited supervision.

Preferred

Experience working for large public company.

2-year degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven success using MS PowerPoint presentation and Access Database software
