This position is responsible for supporting Texas Network Management provider contracting business activities. This position is responsible for receipt, review, and tracking all downstream business functions for new provider contracts and contract amendments. This position is accountable for researching and resolving internal Network Management inquiries arising from contract operations, system, and data entry issues and providing internal communications with Provider Network, Provider Relations, and Government Programs staff on issue resolution. This position is responsible for maintenance of provider contract agreement and amendment template updates and adhering to Texas state filing regulations of all contract templates and non-standard contract documents. This position also assists in the composition and coordination of revised policies and procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS: bachelor's degree OR 2 years of experience in health insurance/managed care industry handling independent decision making. Written and verbal communication skills to compose responses to internal entities, to compose training materials and procedures, to work across departments to resolve issues. PC proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: bachelor's degree with one year business experience. Knowledge of health care industry, provider contracts, products, and TDI filing regulations. Experience with Salesforce, Apttus/Conga and DocuSign applications.
