Genesis10 is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Documentation Reviewer for a 6-month contract position. This position will work onsite three days per week and is located in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour (W2), depending upon skills and experience level

Description:

Reviewing documentation for errors, reviewing agreement terms, researching issues and special projects upon request.

In this role, you will:

* Support internal and external customers by providing a variety of support services related to documentation.

* Verify that legal agreements have been properly recorded in the system of record which includes: sending and tracking documentation

* Review and resolve noncompliant items in a timely and proactive manner.

* Prepare documentation packages for authorized signatures, and the consistency of the documentation with the client records.

* Monitoring reports to ensure data integrity of information in records in system of record.

* May be tasked to assist with verifying the accuracy of records across systems

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in client service or related business experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education (J.D., Paralegal Certification)

* Punctual

* Self-starter and motivated to achieve objectives

* Ability to exercise mature judgment, to raise questions to management when necessary, and to adhere to policy guidelines

* Superior analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

* Excellent interpersonal and precise communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, with high volume documentation reviews

* Ability to multi-task and to work autonomously as well as to foster an excellent team environment

* Moderate to Expert use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe products
