Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize strategies and content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and manage social media advertising budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate original and engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
