What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of projects.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Drive the execution of modernization projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of modernization efforts.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on project status and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to leverage expertise and resources for project success.

What You Have:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, with experience working with various providers preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies such as Agile and experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
