You will be providing in clinic, virtual and phone care to our members and patients experiencing behavioral health crises, seeking care following an ER or hospital stay, and in need of short-term behavioral health consults. The customer for this team includes the organization, GHC members, GHC\'s behavioral health department, and our partner departments within GHC, including primary care.
