About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our Adult Program team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families.
  • Perform duties as directed by your manager, including providing therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed and assess for safety daily.
  • Interact with patients, family members, and significant others with respect and dignity.
  • Participate in psychoeducational support sessions with patients and their families.
  • Provide case management and therapeutic interventions to assigned patients.
  • Serve as a patient advocate when a patient has a grievance.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited school.
  • Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups.
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Formal training in the management of aggressive patients within 60 days of hire.
