All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for an Inventory Control Associate The base pay range for this position is $17 - $20 /hr and is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this Full-Time position is 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster.

All America Threaded Products is one of the USA's leading manufactures of threaded rods, threaded studs, U-bolts, and anchor bolts. Our inventory control team, which reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor, is responsible for keeping precise counts of the products and materials we have on-hand. This will involve walking the floors, taking inventory of products, and keeping our product storage areas stocked so our warehouse team can quickly access products that need to be shipped out. This position will be expected to use a forklift (training is provided) to keep our warehouses stocked and move product to the appropriate location. The inventory control team is responsible for two warehouses, so travel between the two during business hours will be done using a company vehicle. Tasks are assigned on a rotating basis including, but not limited to:
- Performing Cycle Counts in accordance with Company policy.
- Completing Stock Checks requested by various internal departments.
- Putting away incoming material from Receiving, Production, Packing, Tubing, Returns, or Quality Control.
- Replenishing warehouse bin locations.
- Consolidating same items to reduce bin locations used and increase cubic volume utilization.
- Participating in process improvement projects.
- Traveling by company vehicle to offsite warehouse during normal business hours.
- Completing other tasks assigned by Inventory Control Management.
The idea candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of proven success in a warehouse, industrial, or other inventory control setting, or an educational equivalent. We are willing to train a coachable candidate. We are also seeking a candidate with:

- Driver's license and clean driving record.

- Understanding of basic inventory Control procedures is preferred.
- Ideally have experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution center environment
- Must be willing to operate various types of PIT required; previous experience preferred.
- Prior Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience and basic computer skills preferred.
