Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing inventory? Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Control Analyst In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes. You'll manage the physical inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods through daily cycle counts and periodic physical counts. Your expertise will support shop floor transactions and ERP system updates, driving our inventory accuracy to new heights. Responsibilities: Continuously improve inventory procedures and reconciliation processes. Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability. Provide leadership with inventory analytics, including turns by category, minimum on-hand quantities, and forecasting raw material purchases to align with sales order demand. Perform daily cycle counts for various part classes and enter quantity adjustments into ERP. Support department leads with production transactions to ensure inventory accuracy. Receive incoming raw materials, verify contents against purchase orders and packing lists, and note any discrepancies in quantity or quality. Reject damaged items, record shortages, and work with management to rectify issues. Record daily deliveries into the ERP system promptly. Ensure all raw materials, components, and finished goods are properly labeled and stored in designated stock areas. Maintain accurate inventory records for all products. Submit requisition entries for Kanban items and shop supplies. Manage the Kanban process. Coordinate with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels. Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move goods from receiving areas to stock/work areas. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management modules (minimum of 3 years). Forklift certification. Experience with VLOOKUP and data entry. Minimum of 3 years working in inventory or warehouse management. At least 2 years of purchasing experience. Why Join Us?
