Are you a skilled OEM sales professional who enjoys prospecting, but not the weekly overnight travel required to be successful? Nott Company has the perfect opportunity for you Our Industrial Engineered Solutions Division is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Northeastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This position requires less than 10% overnight travel and will have you home at night.

What will you be doing?

1) Identify, qualify, develop and follow up sales leads for Division products in assigned territory.

2) Close sales and process orders through Customer Service using established Company and Division policies, procedures and work instructions.

3) Lead and coordinate the presentation of Company strategies, programs, proposals and quotations to generate sales, following Company policies and supplier guidelines for pricing decisions included in proposals, making effective use of Company resources including people and time.

4) Continuously enhance knowledge of Division services and products, markets and customer applications to maximize our ability to satisfy customer needs.

5) Provide customer feedback to Division Manager regarding our level and quality of service.

6) Monitor customer disputes, returns and other problems, assisting with resolution in a timely and efficient manner.

7) Maintain customer records, activity reports, pricing schedules and other business records as directed.

What will you need to be succesful?

1) Bachelor's degree in business or related field

2) Five years outside sales experience in an industrial mechanical or industrial engineering field selling to OEMs. Experience selling to Material Handling, Power Transmission, Industrial Hose and Accessories, or Fluid Power related industries preferred.

3) Effective negotiating, selling and interpersonal skills, mechanical aptitude, business acumen, strong analytical skills, good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, internet searches, etc.)

Compensation: Compensation for this position has a base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions and a yearly territory growth bonus.
