In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, focusing on executing and producing design layouts with precision and efficiency. You will be involved in the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including logos, layouts, and photos. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, proficiency in design tools, and a passion for the technical aspects of the production process. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: • Develop and execute design layouts that are visually appealing and on-brand. • Create high-quality graphics for guides, flyers, posters, magazines, product packaging, events, and more. • Contribute to design and production of branded gifts, promotional items, unboxing experiences, greeting cards, etc. • Collaborate with video projects for concept, storyboards, and graphics. • Manage the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring precision and efficiency. • Focus on the technical aspects of design production to deliver professional outputs. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects. • Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of work. • Enhance your motion design skills by working on select motion graphics projects. Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.) • Strong portfolio showcasing both layout design and production design skills and creativity. • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout techniques. • Excellent understanding of printing and fabrication processes and materials. • Intermediate skills in motion graphics and a desire to learn more. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in producing high-quality professional design outputs. • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Experience • 4-5 years of experience-Graphic design experience with a focus on production, graphic design, Visual Arts, motion graphics, or a related field.
