Inspection of printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), verification of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components, and cable assemblies. Inspection using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and VMMs (Vision Measuring Machine). Documentation of inspection activities using electronic information systems, written logs, and labels. Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of inspection methods, inspection plans, and internal quality procedures and processes. Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies. Assist in data analysis and reporting of department metrics as required. Assist with the continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendations. Assist with the control and disposition of non-conforming material (MRB). Drive scheduling of day-to-day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround. Other QC duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or higher ( Associate Degree in a technical field preferred) Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB/PCBA inspection required. Experience with ERP and PLM software systems. Proficiency with reading engineering documents, CAD drawings, and detailed work instructions. Experience with PCB/PCBA Boards Experience with microscope visual inspections Experience with AS9100 OR ISO9001 Quality Management Systems along with IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification.
