- experience in ad operations, ad trading, ad technology, campaign management, or media planning; experience in ad serving platforms

What is the work?
Management / Administration:
- Sets up / traffics / QAs cross-platform media campaigns, leveraging various systems and platforms
- Compiles / implements tagging to capture media metrics (first- / third-party)
- Develops / activates audience segments for targeting setup
- Assists in comprehensive QA process to ensure compliance vs. internal, external guidelines (e.g., brand safety, viewability)
- Monitors delivery, pacing, and performance closely throughout duration of campaigns
- Assists in implementing optimization strategies focused on campaign goals and objectives (internal and external)
- Captures screenshots; compiles proof of performance
- Stays current on trends and competition; helps develop competitive analysis as needed
- Participates in strategic projects; assists with GTM rollouts and new ad product testing
- Adheres to all processes associated with the role; recommendations process streamlining / optimization
- Works closely with crew counterparts across Sales, Account Management, and Media Planning to support campaign goals; provides exceptional service

What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 3+ years of experience in ad operations, ad trading, ad technology, campaign management, or media planning
- Experience buying in a DSP (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr) or social platforms (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest) a plus
