POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator serves as an experienced staff member within Clinical Research Operations. The Sr. CRC provides initial and ongoing mentorship to Research Operations staff. The Sr. CRC serves as primary coordinator for assigned studies, including multi-site studies for which JHACH is the lead coordinating site and supports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree 5 years of prior clinical research coordination experience Certified as a Clinical Research Professional through SoCRA or ACRP Certified trainer for CTMS and e-REG onboarding (e.g., OnCore) within 12 months of hire Computer proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; extensive experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems or databases Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to travel throughout the JHACH service areas in a timely manner Demonstrates ability to serve as primary coordinator with progressive team lead skills
Salary Range: Minimum 29.74 per hour - Maximum 47.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
