Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Washington University in St. Louis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex or multi-site clinical research studies, providing comprehensive information to clinical research staff, and promoting a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study Coordination: Develop plans for research projects, collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) in interpreting results, and prepare manuscripts for publication and grant proposals.
  • Research Techniques: Design, implement, and manage all phases of study/protocol, ensuring compliance with protocol guidelines and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Team Guidance: Provide guidance to research team members, train new staff, and serve as a lead or point of reference for other research coordinators.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate and interpret collected clinical data in conjunction with the PI, prepare oral or written presentations, and provide recommendations or conclusions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, Basic Life Support - American Red Cross.
  • Work Experience: Clinical Research (3 Years).
  • Skills: Supervision, Clinical Research Management, Clinical Study Protocols, Database Management, Research Projects, Spreadsheet Analysis, Statistical Analysis Software (SAS).
