Join our Satellite Ground Systems team as a DevOps Software Infrastructure Engineer at either State College, PA or Columbia, MD. You will collaborate closely with systems engineers, hardware designers, and software engineers to deliver reliable software solutions and maintain the infrastructure for satellite ground systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the software infrastructure
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to engineers needing infrastructure assistance
  • Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the software infrastructure
  • Design and implement software infrastructure for satellite ground systems

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure and/or Software Engineering
  • Experience with Linux platform and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Scripting language experience such as Python, Bash, and Groovy
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI Full Scope Poly (FSP) U.S. government issued security clearance
