Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage patient flow in the clinic Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, answering questions, providing information about procedures and services Maintain and update patient records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems Requirements: 1 year of experience in a medical office practice.
