Role

As a Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector (also known as FPI, Quality Inspector, Manufacturing Inspector), you'll be responsible for a variety of inspection operations, including receiving, final, and in-process inspections on all part types. You'll also perform daily calibration checks, process materials through pre-clean operations and the FPI line, and maintain all quality records. Your role will involve high visual concentration, handling and packing materials, and data input into databases.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing inspection experience. FPI experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of mathematical operations and use of adjustable measuring instruments.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and quality inspection.
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and measurement gauges.
