Job PurposeHankook Tire is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in our Livonia Michigan Sales Office. The Office Administrator is responsible for responding to customers who visit the office, support the work of colleagues, host events to develop relationships internally, and maintain and manage the office in a conducive working environment.
Key AccountabilitiesResponsibilities:
- Manage and deliver for HR-related communications from the Labor Office and A.HQ.
- Manage and deliver for office announcements to colleagues.
- Response/accommodate for customer and internal visiting in the office.
- Response for every inquiry and request related with office (including postal work).
- Host for internal event improving teamwork (team outing, birthdays, any celebrations, etc.).
- Communication with office tenant, and office equipment/cleaning companies.
- Office-related problem solving (electricity down, Internet down, equipment failure, etc.).
- Renew office rental contracts (Water, Copier, Internet, etc.).
- Manage for office budget.
- Manage for payments of office bills.
- Purchase and manage for office assets and supplies (promotional materials, monitor, keyboard, coffee, cup, towel, etc.).
- The office administrator is an individual contributor
Requirements:
- Sincere work attitude.
- Problem solving and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of office administration experience
- High School Education or GED required.
Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
