About the Role

We are seeking a skilled part-time (estimated 20-25 hours a week) Marketing Operations Specialist to focus on building Marketo programs and providing support with other marketing/sales platforms. As a secondary focus, this role will spend approximately 10-20% optimizing and maintaining our Drift Chat platform. This role will involve collaborating with various teams through Asana to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing Marketo, excellent project management skills, aptitude and eagerness for learning new tools/systems, and a keen eye for detail.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop, implement, and manage Marketo programs to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing requesters and stakeholders using Asana to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Provide standard metrics for the performance of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and best practices in Marketo, including segmentation, targeting, and record management.
  • Optimize and maintain Drift Chat web chat bot platform in collaboration with internal teams and Drift Chat implementation representative.
  • Provide support for updates and optimizations within platforms such as Drift Email, Vidyard, RingLead.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Experience building programs such as: email, nurture, webinar, tradeshow, etc., in Marketo
  • Understanding of how tokens, smart lists, smart campaigns, engagement programs, etc., work
  • Understanding of how the sync between Marketo and Salesforce works
  • Understanding of lead, contact, account and opportunity objects in Salesforce
  • Experience building basic email reports in Marketo
  • Experience building lead, contact and campaign reports in Salesforce
  • Experience building conversation flows, managing integrations and applying administrative changes in Drift Chat
  • Experience with various platforms related to sales and marketing

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum of recent Marketo experience
  • 1 year minimum of recent customer relationship management (CRM) experience - Salesforce preferred
  • 1 year experience with a chat platform - Drift preferred
  • Project management platform experience - Asana preferred
  • A Marketo aptitude assessment will be given during the interview process
