Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this leadership role is responsible for commercial, productivity, process improvement, and systems implementation initiatives. The role focuses on enabling growth, profitability, customer experience, and staff development.
The VP of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) will drive franchisee satisfaction and optimize the business's brand, operating systems, and support program. This position will foster relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that transformational projects align with the business strategy and objectives.
You will
Strategy
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to select and implement transformation projects
- Maintain and conduct annual reviews of the strategic plan to gain alignment on the overall project roadmap
- Maintain global awareness of the enterprise project portfolio and strategic plan
- Apply Lean principles to innovate bold improvements to current processes
Governance
- Structure multiple enterprise initiatives into a prioritized portfolio
- Manage intake of new initiatives in alignment with the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan
- Establish a set of operational KPIs and financial targets for the overall effort and for each initiative
- Identify and manage interdependencies among initiatives
- Facilitate enterprise-wide alignment among various constituencies involved in the transformation effort
Execution
- Define and deploy problem-solving, process improvement, and project management principles
- Partner with IT PMO/Enterprise Solutions leader to deploy projects via a disciplined methodology
- Collaborate with leaders across the business to recruit and manage project leaders
- Facilitate fact-based connectivity between internal business processes and customer needs
Organizational Alignment
- Model the company's core values and leadership behaviors
- Communicate the goals and objectives of Transformation activities and provide a system for ongoing measurement of results
- Seamlessly integrate change management activities into project plans for all initiatives
- Share knowledge, promote continuous improvement, and build capability & skills at all levels of the organization
- Develop and maintain lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with internal & external customers, team members, and vendors
You have
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 8-15 years of experience in program management, project management, and/or consulting leadership roles
- Deep expertise in Lean principles, methods, and tools
- Extensive, hands-on experience leading large-scale change initiatives
- Highly organized, with demonstrated track record in a program management office environment
- Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills
- Extraordinary initiative and problem-solving dexterity
- High change agility with strong change management & stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization
- Committed lifelong learner with a passion to share knowledge and learnings with others
