Job Summary Responsible for assisting indelivering/communicating/presenting or delegating reports. Assists in the annual budgeting process for the department. Job Duties Oversees and assists in the activities of the Clinical Reporting team to assure that the fields reported upon and summarization there of in all reports are created accurately and in a timely manner. Assists the Clinical Reporting team members, to assure that a draft layout of all requested reports is communicated to and agreed upon by the requester and customer in the timeframe specified on the report request. Develops and maintains an awareness and working knowledge of data appropriate applications and reporting tools. Discusses, communicates and assigns tasks in the implementation of solutions or outcomes of identified suggestions for operational changes desired or required to improve access to cost and utilization related data. Participates in sessions to learn and incorporate computer system resource consumption efficiencies into existing and newly developed reports and applications. Assists, as well as guides and trains the Clinical Reporting team in advanced analytic modeling, best practice tool usage, and review business intelligence to support strategic initiatives. Responsible for managing team, communicating and assigning tasks as appropriate, performing yearly performance evaluations, etc. Work is typically performed in an office environment.
